Vision. Nurture. Rise.

You're used to knowing what everyone else needs.

When did you stop asking what you need?

This is a non-clinical space to hear your own voice again — and trust what it says.

As a Nurse Practitioner, I spent years watching people struggle to create change that actually fit their real lives.

It usually wasn't because they lacked information. It was because no one had helped them slow down long enough to hear themselves.

— that's what VNR is built around.

When something needs to change.

You know what your job needs, what your family needs, what everyone around you needs. Somewhere in there, you stopped checking in on what you need.

Maybe that's showing up as a transition you can't quite name yet. Maybe it's just a quiet sense that something isn't fitting anymore.

VNR Health & Wellness Consulting is space to slow down and figure out the next honest step — not the whole plan, just the next one.

The VNR Approach

A non-clinical, structured yet flexible approach designed to support clarity, sustainable change, and meaningful forward movement.

Vision

Before meaningful change can happen, we need clarity.

Vision is a session for naming what's actually going on — not journaling about it alone, but saying it out loud to someone who'll ask the next question.

This process may support you in:

  • Naming what's actually changed, even before you know what to do about it

  • Separating what you want from what you think you're supposed to want

  • Getting specific about what's not working, instead of a general sense that something's off

Nurture

Once something is named, we build the muscle to act on it.

Nurture is about practicing — noticing the pattern in real time, trying a different response, and seeing what actually holds up in your real week.

This phase is designed to support you in:

  • Catching yourself mid-pattern, not just recognizing it afterward

  • Testing small changes before committing to big ones

  • Figuring out what "realistic" actually means for your specific life, not a generic version of self-care

Rise

As the pattern shifts, we focus on making it stick.

Rise isn't a finish line. It's what it looks like when the new way of deciding has become your default, not something you have to remember to do.

This phase is designed to support you in:

  • Noticing when you've reverted to old habits — and getting back on track without starting over

  • Making decisions faster because you trust the process now, not because you've stopped checking in

  • Recognizing what actually changed, months in, not just how you feel today

This work is not about quick fixes. It's about reconnecting with yourself, creating space for what matters most, and building a life that feels aligned from the inside out.

If this resonates with you, I invite you to begin with a Complimentary Vision Session.

Meet the Founder

Rizza Tawatao

Nurse Practitioner & Board Certified Nurse Coach

As a Nurse Practitioner and Board Certified Nurse Coach, I created VNR Health & Wellness Consulting because I kept meeting women who were just tired of being the one everyone else counted on to have the answer.

About Me

Having experienced seasons of stress, overwhelm, and disconnection myself, I understand how easy it is to lose sight of your own needs while continuing to show up for everyone else.

Over time, I came to realize that meaningful change doesn't come from pushing harder or finding the perfect solution. It begins with creating space to slow down and hear yourself again.

As a Nurse Practitioner, I spent years in exam rooms watching people nod along to advice they had no intention of following — not because they didn't care, but because the advice never touched what they were actually up against at home.

That realization inspired me to create VNR Health & Wellness Consulting — a non-clinical coaching practice built on the framework of Vision • Nurture • Rise.

My role isn't to diagnose, treat, or provide therapy. It's to create a space where you can think out loud, notice what's actually going on, and figure out what you want to do about it.

I believe lasting change happens when you're not doing it alone — when you have somewhere to think it through before you have to act on it.

Complimentary Vision Session

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

This is a private 60-minute conversation — not a sales call, not a therapy session. Just space to say out loud whatever's actually on your mind and see what comes up when someone's really listening.

We might talk about:

  • The decision you keep circling back to

  • The thing you haven't said out loud yet

  • What's making this harder than it needs to be

  • Whether coaching is even the right fit — no pressure either way

Virtual session • 60 minutes • No obligation to continue coaching

A Space for Clarity, Connection, and Growth
